I thought after the thread made by Lan, we should have this one as well
In my opinion, definitely Spine of the World. That book almost killed reading RAS for me. By the quarter of the book, I wished Wulfgar stayed in Abyss. By the middle of the book, I was plotting to kill him myself. By the third quarter, I was wondering why I'm still reading. When I finally finished the book (for which I'm sure I deserve a medal, maybe even Nobel prize for patience), I was relieved it was over, but at the same time dreading what the next book will be like.
Second worst one was The Lone Drow, almost like Spine of the World with a twist and from Drizzt's point of view.

I agree. I found that book incredibly tiresome to read. It usually takes me only a few days to finish a book, this one took me a few weeks because it was just so hard to get into. I don't remember The Lone Drow. Not sure if I read it, although I think I must have. Obviously it didn't leave much of an impression on me.

I didn't really mind Spine of the world too much. Change from the usual Drizzt stuff. My least favorite would be one of the more recent ones, somewhere between The Pirate King and Charon's Claw. Things moved pretty fast in the Transitions triligy. The Orc King wasn't so bad (some part of me was rooting for Obould's attempt to give the orcs the chance to grow like the other races)but with all the people who died, among other things, I can't say I'm too fond of the other two. Like that Entreri's back for Neverwinter, but that's about it for three of those. Not sure about the fourth, as it hasn't come out yet.

Gauntlgrym was very hard to get through. These newer characters are really annoying - incredibly talented fighters are a dime a dozen anymore. And they're bad guys. Is there something about being awesome that makes it hard to be a good person? The swollen ego, maybe?
